RPM Contract (1 year) over Terminate

Hello dear Community

I own a youtube channel with 250+ subs / 3500 views per month and want to grow with help from a network.
To do this I decided to join the RPM Network with a 1 year 60/40 split contract, so I applied on SocialBlade with the *Apply For Partner* button.

I waited over 2 weeks and didn't get any E-Mail from Social Blade / RPMnetwork, so I contacted the Social Blade support and the answered very quick (1 hour), the staff member said that he send the Ticket to RPM and it can take a long time because RPM is currently backed up.

A friend applied directly via the RPM website 2 days ago and got partnered already.

My question is should I apply via RPM directly?

My only worry is how I get out of the network, in the contract is written that I have to contact them 30 days before the 1 year contract ends and If I don't do this the contract will automatically renewed 1 year.

Could it be or do you know cases like this, that this slow support doesn't reply to my partnership termination via E-Mail or Phone.
And then the contract is automatically renewed 1 year?

Because I wait for a response of my Partnership Application nearly one month and so the same thing could be happen to my partnership termination mail... :/

Thank you!

Best Regards

It depends on who your application was assigned to. Perhaps the guy your friend was with wasn't as busy.

Okay, thank your for the answer :)

And what do you think about this?

Even if they have a slow respond to you, you still have a statement that you want to terminate the partnership at certain date and time.. But, i personally don't have any experience with it, but it clearly stated in the contract that you can terminate the partnership 30 days before. It's not your fault if they respond slowly..

Yes thats right!
But I don't want to risk my channel only because of the slow support.

I hope they respond faster at partnership terminations, hopefully somebody here in the forum has experience with this.

You can get contrats 70-30 split ... even with 3k views / day. Don't go with RPM you will regret that ;)

Okay, I know its important to get paid out for the work but one thing is for me personally very important that I can get out of the network.

Which network do you mean, maybe Fullscreen?

Thx & Regards

Like other people have said, you have it in writing/typing that you wanted to terminate the contract at a certain date and time. So, as long as that is at least 30 days before your contract ends, it doesn't matter when they respond, they have to legally terminate your contract.

Also, quite a few networks offer a 70/30 split, not just FullScreen. Browse around and look for a network that not only offers you a good split, but gives you features that will help your channel run better.

I would suggest sit down for a few hours and look at your channel. What do you need help with? Organize them into a list starting with the most important.

After that, search for networks. I believe there is a list with all the requirements in the relevant section of the forum. Get rid of all the ones you don't meet the requirements for. Then, find out all the features of the ones you can apply for, and choose the best for you.

RPM support is very slow. Fullscreen is good the support is fast but the contract is 2 years. Your channel is not english maybe the CPM is low but i'm not sure. I'm saying this because i don't want you to regret later.
