Networks will not promote you. Period. The end.
Your channel will not experience any additional growth or exposure just because you are in a network.
If you are a *massive* channel this might be negotiated into a contract (Say $500 of AdSense promotion per month) but this would only be possible if the network expects to make $600+ off of your channel per month. I checked out your channel so I know this doesn't apply to you currently, just be aware that it exists just for a very limited selection of channels.
