Review of my channel and videos?

I'd like an honest review of my channel. As well as ways that I can get better with what I do, maybe even good ways to get out. My latest video seems to be messed up with the view counter, but rather slightly true since it is my most liked video. Probably my most promoted video too. But I'd like more than that.

Your videos have great content but i think its time to switch to the new layout.
That will suit you and your channel.
