I don't think this is allowed to be posted here. See the different section about promoting your own video. You haven't even introduced yourself!

This isn't promotion, it's reviewing their channel, which I believe is a okay.

Banner: It's alright, although I don't see any PS3 games on your channel sooooooo I dunno why it's a PS controller. But hey it still looks pretty cool.

Avatar: I don't know who you are from looking at it, but it does say "ELITE ARMY", which is your point, I suppose

Channel Title: "Only the Best Come Here"... For what?

Video Titles: I think you should have a uniform way of writing your titles, some videos use colons and some videos use hyphens...

Thumbnails: I see you use custom thumbnails for some of them? Why don't you make them for all of your new videos? Also add the episode number so it's easy to see which one it is.

Video (Let's Play Minecraft- Herobrines Mansion Ep.1):
- Video not cropped properly, there's a black bar on the left
- Audio was quite clear
- A little laggy...
- Talking was natural and the conversation was cool
- The game mode was cool too

That's all I got for now.

Oh yeah, wondering why you have so many subs compared to views...
