Reposting others videos

Hi, Is there any legit way to repost other people videos on my channel (NON Creative Commons) such as : by crediting the original owner? similar to instagram repositng mechanism where a user can repost someone else's image and mentions his username in the comments section

No. Don't do this. It is not fair to the original creators who has spend time and effort into filming and editing that video. They do not reap any benefits from it and your account can be/will be suspended for posting copied content.
