I thought I would be the first to post here with a question I have had for a little while. My original contract from RPM ends in a few months, and I was recently looking into the referral program. If I refer a channel and receive the 10% royalty, is that perpetual after my contract ends? I will probably resign with RPM, but if I do not, will I lose my referrals or is that a perpetual royalty on the channels I refer for the remainder of the time they are under RPM? I just thought of it as, " I am still making RPM money, so do they still pay me for it post contract?" Also, welcome to YTTalk RPM! I look forward to this new forum section :)

Anyway, you get 10% royalties for referring people? Is that 10% of RPM's cut of that channel?

I said I think I am staying :) I was just wondering if that is connected to the contract or a separate perpetual royalty. Yes you get a cut from RPM/Maker's percent if you refer someone. It was 5 or 10 percent I can't remember :) It is not making money off of them. It is making money WITH them.[DOUBLEPOST=1375381989,1375381945][/DOUBLEPOST]

ok. That is what I would assume, but someone had told me otherwise once, and I thought I would ask. :)

Jess, we both know, it does not just expire at the end of a contract, it expires after 3 months.
