as I sad before on one post of mine, my channel is growin' his popularity really fast. I get 3 subs a-day on everage and in six months I'm gonna apply for partnership.
The reason why I'm gonna apply for it in end-July/first of August is because I uploaded in the past copyright contents, and Youtube disabled my monetization function.
So now I have to be very carefull in using audio-video contents that are uncopyrighted.
So here's my question:
Can I use audio clips from this video, or are they Copyrighted?

But Skrillex used in the past vocals that weren't produced by him (like in the song Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites)

He has a record label, lawyers, and a lot of cash to buy a license to use other songs/vocals.
 
yeah you are not skrillex are you... You can buy the rights to things just like he does, but it can be very expensive.
