Recently partnered with RPM... but no reply?

Hi all, I recently signed a contract with RPM and was told I would receive an e-mail in one to two business days, but it's been five days and I have not received either the e-mail referring to my contract, or the e-mail which was supposed to grant me access to their forums and chat (a separate e-mail).

Is this normal? It seems odd that they would tell me they'd respond in one to two days, yet I haven't heard a word in five days.

Make sure you`re looking in the email associated with your YouTube account and also check your spam filter.

Also it may just be that there is a bit of a backlog on RPM`s side of things :)

I've done both those things, still no dice. And what sucks is Fullscreen has sent me like four messages telling me I'm accepted and wondering why I haven't viewed the contract.

It's been nearly two weeks for me. They're suffering delays at the moment.

maybe they are really backlogged, but they shouldn't indicate a timeline like that if they can't stick to it. :/
