Re-designed icon and banner - Feedback greatly appreciated

So I was getting tired of my old banner so I re-designed it to fit more around the retro gaming theme!

I also remade my profile pic (but not the one I use on here to show the difference) - any feedback would be very much appreciated as I'm still tweaking bits here and there!
