The Minecraft is a bit plain, It needs a bit more of an UMPH If you know what I mean Something that'll really catch your eye. I know mine aren't staggeringly eye catchy but it's the style of my channel.

The outro screen needs something as well... Maybe add you social media links in at the bottom or have an image of what your videos are based around. Also you could maybe have more of a variety of colors?

Why not use something similar to the light burst / green you use for your channel banner on your outtro? The black and red don't seem to match that look if you're going for a unified brand.

I make thumbnails here on YTTalk, and I like what you have done with the text effects. I would make the text a bit bigger and separate it into two lines, let's play in one and Minecraft in the other, then make a third line with "#1" or "Part 1". Other than that it looks really good!
