Rate my outro and thumbnails?

In my latest video, (Dramatic reading of BOTDF hate comments) I finally got around to putting in an outro at the end, and I plan to use it on future videos. I'd like to hear your thoughts. I'd also like some feedback on my thumbnails.

Well... I'd change the title of that one video and put (joke) at the start of it or something... you know the one

For me it was a bit cluttered, most people have a solid pattern or background colour and it helps things pop out. The subscribe button can be a bit smaller, people aren't going to miss it and it felt a bit in my face. But I'd be interested to hear what other people thought about that.

I liked you're thumbnails and think it's great how your face is on them all so people can easily spot your vids in their feed/boxes
