Banner is pretty nice, Might want a gradient on the main text, The intro/avatar could benefit from better lighting
You might want to use some softboxes, global illumiation and ambient occlusion, you can get good softboxes from greyscalegorilla, Youll also want to put it in a GSG studio, to make it look better, or you can setup one of your own, with a white luminance texture on a plane, in a array cloner, then youll want a background and floor with a compositing tag

Here is my old channel art I made not too long ago... I personally like my new one better.

It is a nice looking banner, But looks as if it's lost some quality when you saved it

Thanks! I will look into some other fonts, any specific ones you would recommend?Not bad!..but if I were you, I would change that font on the banner!
