Rate my logo and banner

I like both of em. Definitely like the gradation of yellow to orange in your logo. The background looks good too. If I were nit-picky on anything it would be the font on Iron Penguin on your background. The U and N's both look too similar and at first glance the N's actually look like C's because of the placement of the fonts. Good job!
 
I really like the way you've done your font in your logo and my favourite bit of the banner is the way the word 'Iron' looks against the blue background. I think that goes together really well. I also like the different shades in your banner lettering :)
 
Great! I like how your avatar and banner compliment eachother.

My only critique is that I'd suggest using a PNG format to smooth out your banner. Near the ends it looks very grainy and pixelated.
