Don't know about the error, I just tried doing the same and got that error. I posted it to Michael before reading this thread, thinking it was on my side only 
Either way, I like your banner. The colors are certainly different but they work and its still easy to read and fits with some of your logo aswell, which is a bonus

Looks like Michael's fixed it, so you can upload the banner here now. That way we can see the whole thing without your logo blocking some of it
