Rate my banner-thingy please?

I like the theme of it. Maybe take the chain out though. It kind of throws it off a bit. Well for at least. Otherwise it looks great :).
 
Love the subtle photographs in the letters. My only nitpick is since you've split your name up, it took me a second to notice what it says.

Other than that, the colours work well, the photos work well, good job.

hmm i really like the design of your banner only thing i would say is making the splatter paint colors brighter so they pop out more and really catch the eye of new viewers :D check mine out too if you dont mind.
