Rate my Background and Logo

First thing to note is that I have designed every aspect of my channel. This includes, Logos, Backgrounds and Facebook Banners. Another thing you should know is that I am an amateur with Photoshop and I know most skills within the program but I am not really the artistic type. So I am asking you wonderful people on how I could improve my graphics but also what you think is good about them. (excluding my Facebook Banner)

If you have the time to spare that would be most grateful!

Well the new layout is happening, and backgrounds are going away..

But i'll review this anyways;
The background is pretty flat, I'd add some kind of gradient or some texture. The pictures on the left and right cut off on my screen, so I would bring those in a bit more because not everyone is on the same resolution as you are. The logo is okay, but it could use some texture as well. Also, at the very end the banner restarts itself. I would fade the background out to a certain color, like black or white and don't have it on repeat. I would also add more pokemon on the background to bring in more personality. Other than that, you're getting there

Since you are new to photoshop I give you props. Keep in mind there are countless Youtube tutorials teaching photoshop and you can even find some targeted towards youtube backgrounds. You can look into that and learn and make it that much better =)
