rate me and plz give some advice

I know most of you guys have very good knowledge about YouTube and how it works. Plz give me some advice as well. Ur rating is very much appreciated.


I read a lot about copy right stuff with YouTube. And when I try to Menotize a video like this it gets put under review and than it gets rejected?
Plz if you know why explain. I don't have any videos in this other than myself
Why is it getting Rejected?

The background needs some more work since its just a bunch of pics layered on each other. Which basically shows that there isn't any transition from one to the other which would help a lot.
