Quiz Group partnership

I`m a begginer in YPP and i need to know more from you guys. I have YT channel and Quiz Group have offered me to get a partnership. What do you know about them? Are they good?
Plz give me you opinions.

For example? And what is sub-network? Is it good or bad? Does sub-netwrok have access to CMS?
