Quick Question.

When you apply for a network and they accept you, but with a contract; can you still negotiate the contract? Or do they have to invite you into the network for this to happen? Sorry if it's a dumb question. Thanks. :)

P.S. (I'm not gonna apply to any network with this channel, but I might with another channel in the coming months)

In any business, when a contract is offered, you are always allowed and usually expected to counter offer. Most networks will turn down your counter unless you are a very large channel though.

You can negotiate, but they are more willing the bigger channel you have.
Even if you weren't asked to join? Like if I we're to applying fullscreen and they offered me a certain contract, I can still negotiate even if I'm the one that asked/applied to the network?

Yes, you can still negotiate even if you were the one to apply. They have a standard contract they will give you.

of course. The law states that you must have the option to decline or counter a contract. They may laugh in your face and say no, but you can always ask for a better contract :)
