So If I partner with Fullscreen will I still be paid on my normal schedule through ADSENSE just with the added profit from Fullscreen? Or will I receive two separate payments?

Two separate payments. I still have 50 dollars sitting in my adsense account when I switched over to Fullscreen. I will never see that money.

Your adsense will be deactivated from youtube and you`ll get paid via paypal or cheque

Thats fine, I have adsense banner ads on many websites, So I will still be earning something on adsense.
