Quick Adsense Question

So when I made my channel months ago, I made an Adsense channel to go with it.
I'd randomly check it from time to time and it was pretty much always on £0.00.
Now all of a sudden it's gone to £0.13 in the period May 1st - 31st.

I don't know, or really care (honestly xD) how it works,

Just wondering if it updates in real-time, or if it updates like monthly or something?

It updated every hour or less prior to April 1st this year, but now it is only updated when your earnings are finalized in AdSense. You have to track revenue in Analytics for daily estimates now.
