Questions About Networks etc.

Nothing Is Talent If Everyone Can Do It
Ok firstly i don't have the requirements to apply for partnership i know that for sure it's a bit too early as i'm a newish youtuber.

1. If you join a network then does it still mean that youtube will review your monetisation request for your videos if you do gaming? because i would like to start doing them too allong with my Chinchilla videos :p.

2. how many views / subscribers do they expect you to get by day or hour etc?

3. what's the best network to apply for?

4. What do they look for in a channel that stands out the most?

That's all the questions i have at the moment but if i have anymore then i will post them here xD

I'd say it depends on the network you choose. There are a lot of them and most of them are looking for different kind of channels/content. I know that's not a lot but I'm not an expert on this topic either. :p

Well, I can't help you, cause I know something, but I'm just not sure of my info, so I wont bother you with it
I'm really sorry, But I know that there are a lot of threads on this forum that will answer your questions..
If nobody responds to your questions I suggest you just take a look at the threads that match your profile.
Good luck!

I've looked into networks and partnerships alot just to see what they're about, so I think I can help you with this!

1. Youtube will still review your channel and youtube still has to approve of it. Do NOT monetize gaming videos if you aren't partnered, as its illegal. Posting gaming videos is fine, just you can't earn money off of it. If you monetize gaming videos before a network partners you, networks will NOT partner you.

2. Depends on the Network. I'll list the 4 most popular below!

MACHINIMA:
-You will need over 100,000 total views, with around 1,500 views per day.
-At least 15 videos, the more videos the better chance you'll be accepted.
-Subscribers don't really matter, however if you're getting around 1,500 views a day you'll need at least 3000 subs.

YEOUSCH:
-75,000 total view views, 700-1000 video views per day.
-At least 15 videos, more videos the better!
-At least 1,500 subscribers.
-YEOUSCH is easier to get a partnership with, however you get paid less than machinima and the network as a whole is worse. It is your choice however.

TGN:
-1,000 video views per day.
-At least 15 QUALITY videos. TGN really wants the quality to be good. I've seen some commentators get partnered after 50 subs because TGN thought they were good.
-Doesn't matter how many subscribers you have!
-TGN is easier to get a partnership with than YEOUSCH, however YEOUSCH gets more views on their content. TGN is an OK option, but if your channel is growing steadily, wait for YEOUSCH or MACHINIMA.

RPM/ SOCIALBLADE:
-At least 2,000 view views PER MONTH!!!
-Nothing else matters. This is the easiest network to partner with. If you get around 200 views per video and upload daily, you should be good to apply! I've seen people who get around 70 views per video and upload daily get a partnership with them.
-This network is based around smaller channels, so once you become a larger channel, go with a different network. This is a great starting point, however.

Remember you can't have any strikes on your channel/ copyrighted content!

Hope this helped! If you have any other questions please ask! :)

CreatorX is basically Fullscreen, which is basically TGN. Fullscreen is the main company, who created CreatorX and TGN to partner people. Fullscreen also runs Yeousch, except Yeousch has more freedom when it comes to being partnered with them.

People generally don't like TGN because they partner you, then "dump" you. TGN generally only pays attention to their biggest "stars". If you care about the community aspect of a network, TGN is NOT the way to go. I'm not sure why people Socialblade. It might be because basically anyone can get into Socialblade, so you get a lot of crappy partners working for them. However there are a lot of awesome small channels working for them too.

Hope that wasn't too confusing haha. If you need me to clarify anything just ask! :)

Errm... Fullscreen is not associated with TGN.

TGN pre-dates Fullscreen and is associated with BroadbandTV.

Creator X, however, is a sub-network of Fullscreen and you get the benefits of Fullscreen by joining us. We're geared toward emerging creators and we're similar in requirements to RPM.

Hope that clears some things up! :)

TGN with Fullscren ... LOL

Theres a difference Fullscreen (subnetworks : Yeousch and Creator X) are good

BBTV (Viso,TGN and Acifin) Are some of the worst

Most people go with RPM because of the low requirements but actually Creator X have much better features and support for the same requirements , or just keep growing your channel till you get into a better network.

Basically You can tell what a network is going to be like by the Holding Company or CMS Owners.

BroadbandTV : Has 8 CMS`s and has a 20% share in Acifin,TGN and owns Viso. Plus they have about 25 other subnetworks operating under Viso`s CMS!
Info : Pay is generally low as BBTV takes out a huge chunk of revenue beforehand!

QuizMediaGroup : Has 2 CMS`s and has a 50% share in 71 sub-networks (wow) all of their networks are really small the biggest having about 100k network subscribers9including people theyve partnered).
Info : Pay is generally really poor, contracts are 3-5 years and their known for occaisonally putting youtubers in their CMS and making money off them without them signing with them.

Alloy : Owns the Machinima and Justforlaughs CMS`sand has a 10% revenue share in those companies.
Info : They also they quite a big chunk out of partners revenue!

Fullscreen : Not sure how many CMS`s they have, They have nearly 15 sub-networks including Creator - X and Yeousch
Info : They usually pay quite well and grant extra Features!

Maker : Have 4 CMS`s . They own Paramaker , Maker Studios , The Game Station and RPM Network.
Info : They pay alright, about average. They`ve been know to screw over large channels such as RWJ and some Yogscast members!

Bentpixels : Not sure how many CMS`s they have, They take revenue shares from Vultra , KonsoleKingz , Preveo , Your Daily Laughs and Christianima.
Info : All of the above networks have 50/50 gross split (80/20 net) and pay from BentPixels is known to be tying highest on YouTube along with Alloy and grant extra Features!

I think thats all of them :)
