Questions About monetizing

Hi guys i want to ask you several questions about monetizing a youtube profile.
Sorry for taking your time asking questions that some people might find dumb :

As first i am not a member of the countries which are available for youtube partnership
and i can't become a youtube partner.
But i was told that there is another way to monetize youtube videos and it is by joining a MCN network.
So my questions are:
Are there any country restrictions in the MCN networks
Do i need to be a youtube partner to join networks like fullscreen.net Yeousch an such.

I know that theese questions are pretty dumb but i just couldn't find their answer!

Network or not, the money comes from the same place so I don't know if you could. HOWEVER I am no expert on this -- contact a network that you are interested in, and ask them about their terms and conditions regarding countries that can't do AdSense.

As far as I know there are no country restrictions with Network Partnerships, and no a YouTube partnership is not required, you just need to make sure you meet the view and sub count they may require.
