Questions About Estimated Earnings

My estimated earnings has kicked in, and some parts of it are a bit confusing to me. In ad performance, what exactly is the difference between playback and impression? And I understand that Gross revenue is the revenue before any cuts, if I factor in my network's split into the Gross Revenue, should that be a fairly decent estimate of my earnings?
 
Gross revenue in Ad performance is before YouTube's cut and your Network's cut. Estimated earnings is what you should be looking at then just split that.
 
Youtube Analytics are inaccurate, which is why alot of network (including my network) disable them, as they give their partners the wrong idea, etc. Just thought you'd like a heads up :)

As he said gross revenue is the split before YouTube takes it's cut.
Estimated earnings are before the network (RPM?) takes it's cut.

You're monthly earnings will be roughly 60% (if you are with rpm and have a 60/40 split) of your estimated earnings, my finalized earnings in my paypal account are always within a dollar or two of that amount.

Just out of curiosity I seen in another thread you said you're with maker/rpm do they have a set amount before they payout? for example do you have to have 100 bucks or something to that effect before they send you your monthly earnings?

Also if you have been with them long how long before you started seeing money?

The payment threshold for RPM is $50.
