hey question so my youtube partnership is gone and i now have full screen but i have 86$ from this month will google pay that out or will it be stuck there for ever because it not 100 ?

I get payed on Payapl by my network. There is no minimum for paypal. But don't know how they do it with fullscreen.
 
ah sorry let me reword that. i have left over money in adsense. just wondering if google is going to pay me out or if the moneys locked in there until i leave fullscreen one day.. well if i do and what not.

Oh in that case yes, they lock your money untill you have 100.
