Question about youtube partnership?

I am a small channel with just over 1000 subscribers. Would it be beneficial for me to join a large partnership network i.e. stylehaul and have those who have joined seen a noticeable increase in subscribers/traffic that can only be explained by partnering?

What is the difference between a partnership like stylehaul and a media company like gleam digital (who zoella and tanya burr work with) and who would it be better to partner with?

Also, is it generally better to partner with a company that offers a rate per click (like style haul) or just asks for a percentage of your earnings?
The reason I ask is that I have been offered a partnership with a large media company who want to partner me as and only want to partner 20 people in order to concentrate fully on us. They are asking in return for a percentage of my earnings.

Really, partnership isn`t going to boost your audience, revenue maybe, but audience unlikely

Well, I got a major boost when I'm on TGN or maybe it's just coincidence. And most likely I can make my own thumbnail that time but now everyone can make it so being a partner doesn't have any advantage at all anymore.

My total views are 39,000 but for the day it depends what videos I put up that week (some are more popular than others) between 100 and 1000 views per day[DOUBLEPOST=1365864969,1365864803][/DOUBLEPOST]They are offering me a channel manager, go into their offices and use their editing suite & recording room, saying they will look for opportunities for me within youtube and outside, have strong connections with google. I have a beauty and fashion channel by the way.

Can you give me a link? Have you tried to check your stats on socialblade? You can actually learn your average views per day there and it's the most used of the networks to see if you are fit to their network.
