Question about public permissions and matched third party content

Hello all, I know I keep asking about this but I have another concern. A certain betas NDA states we CAN post videos and screens, but it flags as matched third party content on YouTube. Now the weird thing is when I posted my latest ones thy did not flag. The reason the earlier ones flag was due to music. So should I take down the videos? This stuff can be so confusing and/or dificult to navigate.

For SimCity you have to write to EA and get permission
 
If it's going to get caught with the Content ID match, there's nothing you can do. You can try to contact whoever gave you permission and ask them to do something about it. Other than that, I'd say there's nothing you can do, and don't even bother using it. :/
 
Well I just don't want to get a strike. With them saying that we can record and show video and screens, I just would like to know if any of you have any personal experience with this and how you might have handled it.
