The number shown in 'Estimated Earnings' is the amount before RPM's cut.
You'll have to wait until your share is over $50. E.g. if you are on a 60% revenue share, and YouTube says $100. You will be paid $60. So when it says $50, you haven't actually reached the threshold.
I hope that has clarified it. Also in what other people have said, analytics shows the amount before YouTube & RPM on the 'Ad Performance' tab listed as 'Gross Revenue'.
