as I am an aspiring musician, if someday I'll get the chance to be a Partnered/Labelled one, will I have problems due to my Username, since I have the word "mashup" in it? (ReaniMashup)

Who cares about your username? lol if you have Reani90129343 then you should change to G+ but otherwise just stick with it.
