Question about adsense and networks

Hi I have a question. Why do networks require people to have a working, non-disabled adsense? If they accept you, don't they just disable your adsense monetization and pay you through their own system? Why do they only partner you if your adsense works?

It's YouTube's rules not the Networks. You are disabled from Adsense for usually posing a risk of generating invalid activity so you will be generating activity on the Networks Adsense account if you're partnered with a Network. It's YouTube's way to prevent the Networks Adsense having invalid activity from its partners.

Because usually you`re banned from adsense for botting, clicking your own ads etc then you`re placed on the blacklist and it can`t be revived....

You have to have a good history with Adsense. YouTube does not allow networks to partner anyone who has ever had a disabled Adsense account. Plus, when your Adsense is disabled you are banned from Adsense for life. (I think)
