So, I'm Canadian, (anyone who makes an igloo, maple syrup or Celine Dion joke being the first to die,) and spent the bulk of my life being one of the relatively few Anglophones (English people) in the province of Quebec (which is noted for mostly being filled with FRENCH people.) Some of the laws that this province has enforced to preserve its language's integrity (Read Here: To Make Sure Nobody Gets Too Comfortable With Speaking Anything Else,) have been disruptive, confining, and sometimes outright silly.
