Preroll Ads?

Soooo I was wondering, I can have preroll ads on some videos but not on others. I thought at first it may be to do with the length of the video but then i saw that I can have preroll ads on some videos which are much shorter than others.

Does anyone know what determines whether you can put preroll ads on certain videos or not? :)
 
They length of the video souldn't have anything to do with the settings. If your video is too short (less than a minute), you'll still have the option to set prerolls, they just won't pop up. I don't know what the problem is here, maybe it's something with your partnership? Who did you partner with? How long have you been with them?
 
Im partnered with RPM, i get all of the Claim option on some and on others I get them all except for show pre-roll mid-roll and post-roll ads. Iv been with them for likeeee a month and a half? 2 months?
 
Well, post/mid are only for videos that are longer, I believe at least 15 minutes. Prerolls however should be available in all of them. If they aren't, I'd contact partner support from your network and ask what's going on.
