Premiere Pro... Help?!

Right so I'm using premiere pro for the first time to edit my new video as it gives a lot more effects than sony vegas does, plus for me it doesn't lag as much when previewing.

2 questions.

1: How do i export straight from Premiere pro to after effects?! Step by step please as I have no idea...

2: When trying to export in HD.246 (i think) it was giving me an error message after like 14% rendering. FVL format worked but then wouldn't play back on my computer?! How can I fix this bug. Its saying something about error compiling movie?!

2 - Not really sure why you're getting that error but here's a print screen of my H.246 settings.
