Premiere Feature??

I've Got It
Has anyone had success with the premiere feature? I am going to try it out on my newest video, I posted to my Instagram account and will probably post on Reddit too
 
i've not tried it.. my channel is still small.. I don't think anybody is going make a special effort to tune in for something at a specific time just for me. Also why replicate ordinary media (TV)? The whole point of new media is to watch when you want to I think. I think it has a limited usefulness but great for certain channels.
 
I have noticed some people using it, infact I saw your premier pop up in my feed last night, witch reminds me I need to go check out your new video.

I don't think I will personally be using it however. when I see a premiere pop up I would watch the video when I see the premiere come up if it was available, however if for some reason it would not come back up in my feed when the video is live I could potentially miss the video.
 
Yes I have tried it out. I just had to figure out how to use it and what to use it for. I will see tomorrow when I upload a new video how it works:) Again I had to figure out how to use it and that´s the problem with these new Youtube features if you ask me. YT should get much better to explain how to use them IMO
 
i haven't tried it but i don't really have an audience of any sort. however, i don't know it would be super beneficial unless the video is unusual from your other videos and therefore has some interest built up around it, or you already have an established audience who are going to want to hang out in the premiere video area and talk to you before the video airs
 
thanks for the feedback guys. I tried it and no one showed up but maybe I had bad timing. I may try it one more time and set the premiere to say 7pm at night so more people are around. I don't think I got any boost from it though
