If you could tell me what you think about my avatar, banner etc. but particularly my new Equalizer style background on my videos. I know my stuff isn't fantastic, but considering I had never touched Photoshop or After Effects until today I am relatively pleased

Your banner looks pretty good! Good job. You might want to add a drop shadow to the logo to make it more clear but other than that good job.
