They look good to me. My only advice is to put all of your videos on your channel page, either in playlists or in the blog layout and perhaps put some more work into your channel background.
Also, you do a good job of using images and text to creation motion and interest, but you might try mixing in some actual footage, perhaps sourced from archive.org.
