Please help me sign the contract?

Hey guys so i got accepted into RPM about 2 weeks ago, and yesterday i got invited to the dashboard, now i have this Tax/ payment tab to fill in.
I heard you can partner if you are under 18, but when i applied to rpm i checked the little box that said i am over the age of 18, because it didn't let me proceed.

I also live in Serbia.

So i am 16, but my brother is 20, he has a credit card, can i use his information?
Also when i am in the tab i have general info, i havent signed the w8 form yet, what to do? It asks for my full legal name on tax returns , i don't know anything about that, should i write my name then under payment write my brothers?

Also i spoke with this guy from socialblade he told me i dont need paypal and that i can recieve international cheques in Serbia. Can someone experienced please help me fill in this information?
 
Hi,
In Italy we don't need to fil the tax form because we have to pay taxes by ourselves. I think it might be the same in Croatia.
 
They ask my full legal name, they say if you are an individual please provide the name you get on your tax return. Wtf is that, can i just use my brothers full name, as he is over 18 and has a bank account?

The minor (you) and your legal guardian (your parent or whoever is legally responsible for you) will need to sign the contract. As long as their signature is on the contract, either party (minor or guardian) may fill out the tax and payment forms.

Note: The tax and payment forms must be filled out by the same individual.

Their faq isnt really helpful, and also does it have to be a parent or just a person over 18. Also how would the signature thing work out? Which legal full name should i choose? How can i and my parent sign when theres only room for 1 signature?
 
He will thats not the problem but whos full legal name should i use, as i used mine when i applied. I am really confused they say if i sign once its done not reversable and i really really dont want to screw this up.
 
I think you should use your name as long as your parents know everything you are doing.
But i would contact the RPM support to be 100% sure ;)
