If you want a partnership pick a network that is big, because there could be some small network that doesn't pay you, but the perks of a partnership isn't that much. If you're with a network you're protected against ad clickbombers. For the rest nog real perks I think.

You can become a partner with a network or just enable adsense. But if I were you I should go with a network. They protect you from the "ad clickbombers" so you will not have a chance to get taken down.

Depends on the contract you will get. I'm with RPM and happy with them. Good support, Good contract and free music to use.

I don't intend to join any network at the moment. Not until all my equipment arrives so I can start covering again. And also I always like to be 3 steps ahead with things like this so the success rate of me actually jointing something is high.
Quick side question:
How do you get your own logo on the corner of your video? I know how to do it but not with something that isn't your profile picture..
