Payment Threshold Problem

I am currently partnered with RPM and have been partnered with them since Sept 2012. My contract has no threshold stated whatsoever and says that I will be paid by the 15th of each month. Recently RPM stated that every partner, including partners that have no threshold in their contract, would be paid once they reach $50. Do you think RPM is allowed to do this or are they going against what my contract says.

If your contract doesn't state a threshold (which I find odd, since mine stated $100 and I've only been with them since about late February), then yes they can.
 
If they specifically state in your contract that there is no payment threshold and now they have given you a payment threshold without your consent then that is going against their contract.

Well the old contracts with RPM has no payment threshold whatsoever, but i'm not understanding how they can add a payment threshold when my contract clearly says that they will pay me by the 15th of each month.
 
If your contract does not state that you have a threshold, then they are going against their contract. However, I am sure that most RPM partners do have a threshold of at least $50-$100.

I am an RPM partner and I have a $50 threshold (thought it was $100). I just checked my contract. I suggest you read yours again because it is in there.

I have been partnered with them since Sept 2012 and the old contracts don't have a threshold whatsoever. I have even read and re-read my contract multiple times and I don't see anything about a threshold. RPM has just suddenly decide that they wanted to add one.
 
I think they do this because they accept pretty much anyone now. And a 'rookie' wich only brings in a phew cents a month is not really worth paying out

I'm not under their 'new' contract since they changed everything though.
