Okay guys, so i was wondering as i am looking into this in the future maybe, when would be the best time to get a partnership, and who would be a good choice to go with.

(Positive and Negative Feedback can be posted if you can do that im not to sure as it could be discrimination)

I've been looking and browsing around Fullscreen website and i quite like them.

I would go with Fullscreen when/if you meet the requirements!
They have good customer support.

I am with them at the moment, and not a doubt they are one of the best!

If you want partnership badly apply for RPM they accept almost anybody!
But I highly do not recommend them, they are quit bad and do not pay a lot.
