Partnership?

So I'm just curious, I'm trying to get partnered but the YouTube forum is gone now. But I heard there are a lot of good networks out there, though. My channel has nearly 120 subscribers and it's closing in on 10,000 upload views. Does anybody know any good networks out there? If you do, hit me up. Thanks.

Googles official YouTube forum is still there as far as I can tell, you're averaging around 61 views per day at the moment, I would recommend Fullscreen as they are really good with partner support and give you access to a massive library of music which would normally cost a fortune through audiomicro.com on top of other things but I wouldn't apply right now, I would wait until you are averaging more views per day and then apply. Yeah, I used to average more than 100+ views per day. The reason why it's declining is because I haven't uploaded in a while. But once I upload more videos again I'll go for partnership.

I would do that first me, it will make your channel far more attractive to them, keep the good content coming and building your audience well and get them views and I am sure they will take you on.
