Hey guys,

I have a small question; I "signed" (submitted a form) an agreement with a ZoominTV Sub-Network called DownRightTV. It tells me I have a three month trial period, after that it will be extended by a year. I basically did this, just to see, how it is to be a partner with all the features, I know they're not a well-known network. Now with YouTube's new channel layout, I pretty much think, I'll cancel this and stay on my own (and also not earn anything. It was never about the money, I just do the videos for fun anyway, I just wanted to have a nice channel with thumbnails etc. and I can't get partnered with YouTube directly.)

The agreement reads:
... is valid for a three months trial period starting from the moment you submit this form.... send us an e-mail 1 month to cancel before its expiration date... automatically extended one year.

According to that, it shouldn't be a problem to cancel it right? Am I able to cancel it via YouTube or do they have to unlink me? Can anyone tell me how it works if I get unlinked? Will there be a popup like when they linked me, or will it just be *bam* and you're unlinked?

Well, if you are still within a month of your trial contract. You shouldn't have any problem.

Just message your support/ZoominTV and they`ll unlink you from their CMS, it usually only takes 24-72 hours max.
 
I have to say, ZoominGames are quiet nice after I got in touch with them, they did everything for me (unclaimed my videos & unlinked me). So ZoominGames would be safe I guess, but not DownRightTV. Just for your information.

Sub-network- probably run by children.
