Partnership Question - Ability over Performance

this may soubnd silly but... are their any partners that will judge you on your ability and the quality of you're videos rather than you performance, cause as a lot of you will know, getting you're name out there and getting "x" amount of subs and views can be quite difficult, thanks.

Yeah, like the quality of your videos for example, whether they are entertaining, sound quality is good, video quality is good and your uploads are regular etc?

Fullscreen and Creator X or RPM have low requirments,

And to disagree with the above actually alot of really small networks will partner a small channel but just so they can make money off you , they will tend to not give you much support or anything...

Dude...no one could answer that here only the network you are looking into could. My suggestion is to apply at a few and wait for a response from all of them before making a decision if you even have a decision to make.
