Partnership outside listed counties [help]

Hello as first i want to excuse if the following post is in wrong section.

Hello guys,
I want to become a youtube partner but there is a problem,
my country isn't listed in the countries where partnership is available.
I really would like to become a youtube partner but i'm not sure if there is any way to do this
So my question is
Is there any way of becoming an youtube partner when your country is not in the listed countries
I am from Bulgaria :)

You will just have to wait until YouTube enroll your country or you can join a Multi-Channel Network if you meet their requirements.

As the above person said you can onlt become a partner now by joining a network, here`s the list of the main ones :

can I ask... do you know necessary gaming? it's under BBTV also I just happened to encounter a partnered channel XD
