Partnership Network for Musicians (originals/covers)

We, Ministry of Blunk are posting weekly content on Youtube (covers/originals/behind the scenes/interviews) to help push Malaysian Made Music.

Can anyone please recommend us a network to help boost views and exposure for our Youtube videos?
 
Id's say Fullscreen is your best bet (Fullscreen Artist Mix/FAM more specifically), they have a deal with UMPG which allows you to monetize certain cover songs that can be found in the library. I'm with them and I really like it. However you can't really expect them to promote your channel since they have over 10,000 partners so they only promote the bigger ones. It's still a nice network in my opinion. :)
 
Partnership doesn't really help boost views or get more exposure on YouTube because there're too many partners on YouTube. Anyone could be a YouTube partner now but a network or partnership wont really help.
