I've Got It
Hey guys!
I recently applied for a parntership with RPM, and I was denied. However, I have no idea why. This is what they said,
"We really appreciate you getting in touch about joining our network.
After reviewing the content on your channel, we have determined that we cannot bring you into the network at this time. It appears that your videos are primarily based on content or music that you may not own or have the appropriate rights to. Once this content has been removed, feel free to reapply."

I do NOT have ANY copyrighted content. What does this mean? I went through this about 8 months ago when I did have copyrighted music on my channel. I did not receive andy strikes, and i simply deleted it. I took a break from uploading, and I have come back, hence why I re-applied. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something?
Thanks for your help.

Hmm... Do all of your gaming videos have commentary on them? If not that could be why... But if not I don't see what the problem is :/....

Yes, all of my gaming videos do have commentary over them, and the intro song I use I have permission for by the artist. I honestly dont know what I can do, as their support team was no help lol

haha, yeah RPM is part of Maker and I don't hear a lot of good about them :/ But yeah, do you have the owner's permission in writing that you could show them?

Yep I do, I'll send them it now with my message asking them why I got denied :p thanks

No Prob :) but also (not saying anything against RPM) but you should do a little research before signing anything ;)

When they show me the contract I'll take some time in deciding if its good or not :p My friend went through this process too, so he can probably help me! :D[DOUBLEPOST=1372100495,1372100464][/DOUBLEPOST]
Maybe you got denied due to copyright infringement on your videos.;)

Nope, videos are "copyright infringement" free! :)

Yeah man, if I were a recruiter I would have skipped right over you the second I heard that intro. It sounds professional and you leave no credit in your description to who it is. So my instant thought it not hey this guy has permission it is hey this guy is using a song and not crediting the creator so it's probably not his. 1st off I would recommend putting a default section in your description saying Music Used With Permission - "Link to whatever". Then get a screen shot of the agreement and send it in along with your application. If you can in fact prove that you have permission then there will be no issue as long as everything else falls into line.
