partnership for Talent/tutorial??

hey, I am thinking of applying to a partnership at the end of this year's time and I need help finding one that is best fit for me.

are there any partnership that would be good for a talent or a tutorial channel, I do art by the way.

and if you know what requirements they might require so that i can work my way up to it.

I think the kinds of networks that take up these sorts of channels are either generic (aka they take all genres) or vlogging networks. I could be wrong about that, I'm not overly familiar with that side of YouTube.
