Partnership for a Small Channel?

Loving YTtalk
I used to have a channel with about 100 subs and now I started this one. What do you guys think on partnerships for small channels like mine now and my old one? Do they really help you GROW? If so then about how much? Ive seen people where they really took off after getting partnered and some who didn't move at all. Leave your thoughts down below. The final question, should I go for a partnership once I grow a bit?
(note i am talking about gaming and gaming partnerships but all thoughts appreciated!:))

Yes and No, With partnership al you get it custom thumbnails and some other stuff. Only big networks promote big channels to help the grow. Sorry for saying this but would a network use their money to promote a channel with 100 subs? I recommend enabling monetization and leaving it at that for now. If would like to get partnered though go with fullscreen you'd probably get accepted so go n' apply now.

Thanks! And really I dont want it for the money, I want it to grow, thumbs, and livestreaming! :) So you think I should do Full?

There is one benefit of partnership that can increase your views, well 2 really but one that is directly noticeable. Its shows. Shows allow you to group a set of videos together under 1 title, like Grumpy Old Gamer :). Then when someone searches for that it will be near the top if not the top search result. This usually increases views for that show especially on Google search. One other thing is the amorphous search relevance which is supposed to push your videos above another similar unpartnered channel result. Your mileage may vary with this in that I sometimes appear above and other times not so much.

Okay thanks for the feedback

There is no reason for a 100 sub channel to partner. Partnership is primarily a financial arrangement.
