I haven't applied with Full Screen but from what people say they'll accept anyone as long as your content is original and you're in good standing with You Tube

The fact is that we want our videos to stopped getting the ! warning and stopped being monetized. We've managed to insanely increase our views but the regular youtube monetization does not work, simply because they tend randomly flag some videos, even when we havent had a single copyright infringement or video claim, preventing the channel to earn more as we get more views.

Creator X is a network that was created by Fullscreen & VidstatsX. It is basically a network for smaller individual creators who are motivated in what they do.
