Hey whats up guys! I'm new on youtube and I'm doing some Dancing, Comedy Videos and I got those few questions what almost everybody asks!

How do you get Partner on the "new youtube"?

I see people who have like 500 Subscribers and are youtube partner? Is this possible did youtube write them a message or is there another way?

and some people told me on the updated youtube the functions like thumbnail and stuff come in time like lets say after 10.000 Subscribers you can put a thumbnail on your videos or something like that is it true?

there's many ways to become a partner... such as joining a network program (like Machinima or Big Frame), monetize your channel & fellow the steps, pray if one of your videos hit big and the official youtube partnership group message you for a full partnership contract... etc.
 
Well Machinima, don't I have to pay money for it? I want to do it with out paying money and I'm thinking I want to achieve Partner in the next like 9-10months when I turn 18.
 
Joining a network doesn't cost anything. They run your ads for you, and take a cut of the earnings. You never pay anything out to them. If a network wants you, they can accept your channel immediately, and get you partnership. The other way is to go through YouTube directly. To do this, set of monetization on your channel, meaning you can run ads. You won't have access to other partner features, but eventually YouTube may offer them to you. Those are the two ways. Thanks for the fast reply! Can someone explain how to join a network or how much time it takes to be recognized by youtube or is there already a topic about it?
 
Most networks with good support require 750 views + a day or around 30,000 a month and have no strikes or Content ID claims to get in to a network. To get partnered with youtube well who knows I have seen a channel partnered with 50 subs and 500 total views with YouTube.

I also wanted to ask, I got two videos who have Contents of other Artists, but I always named the song and what so ever.. Now I researched about the Networks and there is a part where there is standing if there is any Contents of others if I have contents of others will they still accept me?
